Slow day today, I got my mail and took Penny for her run. I use a postal service and my letter mail is in a post office box and because I am disabled they bring my packages out to my truck for me so therefore I have no close contact. I received a phone call from another church member checking on me.
They now want us to use a mask when we go into any place away from home. Due to the shortage of masks, county officials are saying a homemade mask or scarf will do.
There are currently 93 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the county which is up four from yesterday. Of those cases 57 individuals have recovered. There are six people in the hospital with four in intensive care, and 30 people are recuperating at home.
Three of the individuals in the county who have been diagnosed with Coronavirus are under 18 years of age, 37 are between the ages of 18 to 49 years of age, 24 are between the ages of 50 to 64 years of age, and 29 are 65 and above.
Cases in California continues to grow at a high rate. As of Friday afternoon, there have been 12,267 positive cases and 275 deaths.
Worldwide the number of people infected with the virus continues to increase with 1,098,390 cases and more than 59,150 dead.
