Today I did my weekly shopping. I have worked out a system of menu and shopping list so I have to go to the store for groceries only once a week. Unfortunately because of the size of my place and my refrigerator a week’s supply of groceries are about all I can store. If I was on a regular diet I could store a much longer supply of food by using items like Mountain House freeze dried meals. It was amazing that when I went through downtown it was almost like a ghost town, nobody was there. It took a little longer at most of the grocery stores than it did before steps were taken to increase customer and employee safety from the virus. This is a good thing and it does prolong the outing a little.

Tonight was Wednesday night Bible study at the church. The use of the internet to bring the service works well but I do miss the in person fellowship. Members have been calling and emailing each other to keep in touch.
